Autism and the Gluten Sensitivity Link; the new data

A subset of children with autism have increased immune reactivity to gluten, but the mechanism of this increased reactivity appears to be distinct from that involved with celiac disease according to new research that highlights the fact that because immune abnormalities relating to gluten have been seen in autism, it may be another part of the puzzle that needs to be solved.
